Making the decision to undergo any form of cosmetic surgery can at times be overwhelming. That is why Dr. Holcomb offers his patients a no-obligation, informational consultation. This is your time to ask the important questions and learn about the different procedures most appropriate for your specific concerns.
You can expect to receive honest and sincere answers that are designed to help you feel confident about your treatment options and anticipated results. Dr. Holcomb’s staff will also provide a written quote, explain the comfortable payment plans and discuss scheduling options with you.
We anticipate your cooperation in providing accurate health history information and in advising us of routine and emergency contact instructions that enable us to attend to your safety and privacy.
If time permits we will provide you with an advance copy (via regular mail or email) of necessary paperwork prior to your visit.
To verify and protect your identity, we request that you bring a copy of your valid US driver’s license or foreign passport as well as health insurance information.
During your visit we will obtain a series of photographs to document your concerns and to facilitate evaluation and development of a safe and effective treatment plan for your area(s) of concern. For rhinoplasty (nasal surgery), digital photo-imaging is used as a tool to simulate the anticipated results of your treatment plan.
Every effort has been made to ensure your comfort and safety during evaluation and treatment in our elegantly appointed, state-of-the-art facility. Our ambulatory surgical facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (www.aaahc.org). We look forward to helping you!
