Sarasota Facial Plastic Surgery Initial Consultation
After you check-in we request that you help us attend to your safety and privacy by advising us of your medical history and completing routine and emergency contact instructions. We also request that you provide health insurance information and a valid driver's license for your record.
Next, we appreciate your cooperation as we obtain a series of high-resolution digital photographs. You will then meet with Dr. Holcomb in one of the Consultation Rooms where he will review your medical history, discuss your concerns and goals and examine the pertinent areas of your face, head and neck. He will then be able to develop a safe and effective treatment plan just for you. Digital photo-imaging may be used as a tool to help simulate the anticipated results of your treatment plan.
Our staff will then provide you with a written quote, explain our comfortable payment plans and discuss scheduling options with you.
Every effort has been made to ensure your comfort and safety during evaluation and treatment in our elegantly appointed, state-of-the-art facility. Our ambulatory surgical facility is approved by the Florida Board of Medicine and we are also pleased to announce that Holcomb Facial Plastic Surgery, PLLC is accredited by the 
Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
